STRAWBERRY COMPOTE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cupMonin Strawberry Purée

PREPARATION

1. Place half of berries with the sugar and water into a saucepan.

2. Cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes until the liquid is evaporated.

3. Reduce heat to medium and add the Monin Strawberry Puree.

4. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently.

5.Remove from heat.

6.Stir in remaining cup of strawberries.

7.Serve warm
