SRI-RAMEN NOODLE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

TABASCO® brand Sriracha Sauce --- 1/4 cup
Vegetable broth --- 6 cups
Soy sauce --- 1/2 cup
Ramen noodles, cooked --- 4 cups
Mushrooms, sliced --- 2 cups
Bok choy, chopped --- 2 cups
Green onions, sliced on the bias --- 1/4 cup
Fresh ginger, grated --- 1 pinch
Sesame seeds --- 1 pinch
Eggs, soft-boiled --- 4 ea.

 

PREPARATION

Whisk together TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, vegetable broth and soy sauce.

In a medium saucepan, cook Sriracha-vegetable broth, mushrooms and bok choy together until bok choy is tender.

Place cooked ramen noodles into four serving bowls; pour broth over top.

Top each bowl with green onion, fresh ginger, sesame seeds and a soft-boiled egg, and serve.
