SALMON TIKKA SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 600g  Fresh Salmon Diced 2” / fillet
  • 100g  Patak's Tikka Masala Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger/ Garlic Paste
  • 150g Yogurt full fat
  • 3 tbsps. Fresh chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsps. Lemon juice 
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • Pappadum Crouton

 

PREPARATION

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix using a whisk.

2. Add salmon diced / fillet, cover and keep in the fridge for about 45 minutes.

3. Cook in the oven with the grill on if possible for 6- 7 minutes.

4. Serve with lemon wedge and salad.
