POWER GREENS BLOODY MARY

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 tsp. TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
  • 2 fluid oz. Gin
  • ¼ lb. Tomatillos
  • ½ lb. Green Tomatoes
  • ½ lb. Celery Stalks
  • 1/3 oz. Small Seedless Cucumber
  • 1/3 oz. Kale
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • ½ cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp. Fish Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Salt 

 

GARNISH

  • 2 pieces of Pickled Jalapeño
  • 2-inch piece of Fresh Celery Stalk
  • 1-piece of Grilled Scallion Stalk
  • 2 pieces of Olives
  • 1 piece of Green Beans

 

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat Broiler. Place tomatillos under broiler and lightly brown the tomatillos
  2. Transfer tomatillos into a high-speed blender with tomatoes, celery, ginger, cucumber and kale. Straining through a chinois; discard pulp.
  3. Combine tomatillo liquid with gin, lime juice, fish sauce, and salt. Pour over ice. Garnish.
  4. Garnish. Place all items onto skewer.
