INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 tsp. TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
- 2 fluid oz. Gin
- ¼ lb. Tomatillos
- ½ lb. Green Tomatoes
- ½ lb. Celery Stalks
- 1/3 oz. Small Seedless Cucumber
- 1/3 oz. Kale
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- ½ cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp. Lime Juice
- ½ tsp. Fish Sauce
- ½ tsp. Salt
GARNISH
- 2 pieces of Pickled Jalapeño
- 2-inch piece of Fresh Celery Stalk
- 1-piece of Grilled Scallion Stalk
- 2 pieces of Olives
- 1 piece of Green Beans
PREPARATION
- Preheat Broiler. Place tomatillos under broiler and lightly brown the tomatillos
- Transfer tomatillos into a high-speed blender with tomatoes, celery, ginger, cucumber and kale. Straining through a chinois; discard pulp.
- Combine tomatillo liquid with gin, lime juice, fish sauce, and salt. Pour over ice. Garnish.
- Garnish. Place all items onto skewer.
