CHIPOTLE STEAK & SESAME RAMEN

INGREDIENTS

TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce --- 1 Tbsp.
Ramen noodles 8 oz. ---
Sesame oil, toasted --- 3 Tbsp.
Scallions, chopped --- 2 ea.
Garlic, minced --- 1 Tbsp.
Ginger, shaved --- 2 tsp.
Brown sugar --- 1 tsp.
Soy sauce --- 2 Tbsp.
Chipotles in adobo sauce, minced --- 1 Tbsp.
Skirt steak, cooked, sliced 8 oz. ---
Corn kernels --- 1 cup
Tomato, chopped --- 1 cup
Pepitas, roasted --- 3 Tbsp.

 

PREPARATION

In a pot of boiling water, cook noodles until done. Drain, rinse and transfer to a large bowl.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Cook until mixture starts to sizzle, then 15 seconds longer.

Remove from heat, and stir in soy sauce, chipotles and TABASCO® Sauce.

Add sauce to noodles along with the skirt steak, corn and tomato. Gently toss to combine.

Garnish with pepitas and serve.
